At Tales & Tails Co., we love getting our gift boxes to your doorstep (or your recipient’s!) safely and on time.

Where We Ship
Currently, we ship within Canada and continental USA only.

Processing & Delivery
Orders are carefully packed and processed within 3–5 business days. During busy seasons, it may take a little longer. Shipping is from the Greater Toronto Area, and deliveries typically take up to 7–10 business days.

Shipping Options
- Standard shipping is free for all orders over $99 within Canada, and $9.99 CAD for the continental USA. 
- Expedited shipping is available for an additional cost at checkout.

Tracking
All orders include a tracking number, so you can follow your gift every step of the way.
